Heads up, everybody: this site's days are numbered. To put it plainly, I've turned my attention to some other projects, and I'm not really writing fic, so when the crusty old computer we're using as a server finally bites the dust (and that could be tomorrow or months from now), the site will go dark and won't be replaced. Thus, I suggest the following courses of action for anyone still reading stories here:
1) Save and/or print any of the stories you particularly like so that you'll have them regardless of internet availability. If any of the files don't translate well when cut-and-pasted into Word documents, email me.
2) Nominate your favorites for the Legacies archive, which is still going strong.
3) If you're using the links page for shortcuts to anywhere, grab those links and bookmark them on your browser.
4) Check svufiction.com for the L&O:SVU stories.
I'm not disappearing, and I'm not shutting down my AeroGirl email address (
michaerogirl@hotmail.com -- write this down if you ever expect to need it), so feel free to drop me a line anytime, even if your question is something like "I can't remember the title, but I know you had a story with a Halloween prank/deaf murder witness/blatant "West Wing" rip-off/etc..." I'll be happy to figure it out and send it to you.
Once again, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who makes the fic community such a great place to be. It's given me friends and opportunities that I wouldn't trade for the world. See ya around.
